Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions as well as videos that explain how to submit a payment request.

How do I access the Construction Project Portal (CPP)?

You should have received an email with access instructions for the CPP. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.

If you have not received the email, you can still access the CPP. Simply click the “Portal Login” button above, use your email address as your username, and click the “Forgot Password ?” option to reset your login credentials.

How do I request construction dollars?

You must submit all draw paperwork, including lien releases and invoices, through the Construction Project Portal (CPP). At the bottom of the login page there are helpful videos that show how to submit a payment request.

When will I receive my funds?

Upon submission of a draw request, the back-up for the draw will be reviewed by CDF.  When it is determined that submitted documents are sufficient to support the request, your e-signature will be required. After a fully signed and approved submission is received it may take ten (10) business days for the funds to be transferred and available in your bank account. You will receive an email from CDF Capital once the draw funding is approved and the dollars have been released to your bank.

How do I update my construction loan signature card?

Contact us at cdfloanservicing@cdfcapital.org and we will provide you with the appropriate form and instructions to update your signature card.

Where can I find a copy of the Lien Release Form?

You can find the Lien Release form, and all other construction forms, on the “Documents” tab of the Construction Project Portal (CPP).

Where do I submit my updated Builders Risk Policy Documents?

All construction related documentation, including your Builders Risk Policy, must be uploaded through the Construction Project Portal (CPP).

The Mortgagee/Loss Payee should read as follows:

Am I able to view my loan details online?

You can view your loan and investment information online at any time through CDF Capital’s online access application. Visit https://www.cdfcapital.org/online-access for information and instructions on how to get started.

Your CDF Capital Online Access and your Construction Project Portal login credentials may be different.
